Be Prepared (We LOVE Details)
Have all your event details ready including:
Client Name & Address for Billing
Delivery and Pickup Dates & Times
Event Name, Venue Name & Address
Items & Quantities – use our WISHLIST feature
Be An Early Bird
We request a minimum of 5 business days notice for all orders, but during this busy season products are booking out in volume and well in advance – the early bird gets the worm!
Confirm Orders Early
Your order is NOT confirmed & routed until payment details are received.
Non-refundable payment in full is due 5 business days in advance of your delivery.
Online Payment Portal
Click the “make a payment“ link at the top right of our website.
There's never a fee for credit card usage.
Arrival Windows vs. Sharp Times
We currently offer a 2-hour arrival window. If you need a precise timeframe, request a timed slot (surcharge applies). And to help us remain on time, please ensure the venue is clear for our crews to roll in -- the ripple effect is real!
Avoid Last Minute Changes
With our fleet of trucks and crews booked to the max, we have less flexibility to accommodate last-minute changes. Double check order details to minimize change fees and ensure that we can meet your requests.
